Heidi Condrey has been a passionate leader in early childhood education for 25 years. Her career has centered around the empowerment of educators, children, and their families. Heidi served as a leader in Head Start for over twenty years and is deeply committed to the Head Start mission. Through her work with Head Start, Heidi was introduced to Conscious Discipline, and a new passion was born.
